If you're a millennial or Gen-Z navigating the rollercoaster of adulthood, you're in the right place. Let's be real, this stage of life can feel overwhelming, especially with all the intense emotions, life transitions, and relationship complexities we face. I get it – I've been there too. That's why I've created a space where you can feel safe, understood, and empowered to build the life you truly want.
My approach is all about helping you find your voice, build a supportive community, and set healthy boundaries. I believe we all deserve to feel confident and secure in expressing ourselves and creating a life that supports our well-being.
When I'm not in session, you'll find me recharging with DIY home projects, getting my energy out in a workout or dance class, or whipping up a comforting meal or treat in the kitchen. As someone who thrives on quality time, I love hosting dinner parties, crafting the perfect menu and playlist to foster connection and laughter. Traveling, trying new foods, practicing photography, and spending time with my pets are also my go-to ways to unwind and find inspiration.
I bring that same passion for connection and genuine experience into our sessions, creating a warm and relatable space where we can work together to help you thrive.
